Welcome to the Clinic section of the Hub! This area is designed specifically for healthcare professionals, therapists, educators, and other clinicians who support clients using The Play Way programs.
For Clinicians Only
The Clinic features are available to users with specific roles, such as Staff, Admin, or SuperAdmin. If you believe you should have access but don't see the Clinic option, please contact us.
What Can You Do in the Clinic?
The Clinic gives you a central place to manage the clients you support. Here's what you can do:
- View Your Clients - See a list of all the clients (profiles) that have been assigned to you. This is your main dashboard for managing their learning.
- Assign Courses - Enroll your clients directly into courses that are relevant to their needs. They'll get access immediately.
- Assign Resources - Share specific downloadable resources (like worksheets or guides) with individual clients.
- Monitor Progress - Keep track of how your clients are engaging with their courses and see their completion status.
- Manage Carers - See and invite carers (like parents or guardians) who are associated with a client's profile.
How to Access the Clinic
- Log in to the Hub with your clinician account.
- Look for the "Clinic" link in the main navigation menu at the top of the page.
- Click it to open your client list and start managing your clients.
