Creating Your Profile

Your profile is how the Hub personalizes your experience and tracks your learning progress.

Setting Up Your First Profile

When you first sign in, we'll guide you through creating a profile. You'll be asked to:

  1. Enter your first name - This is how we'll greet you!
  2. Add a profile picture (optional) - Upload a photo or choose an avatar to make it your own.
  3. Complete any required information - Depending on your account, you might need to provide a few extra details.

Using Multiple Profiles

One of the great features of the Hub is the ability to manage multiple profiles under a single account. This is perfect for:

  • Families - Each family member, including children, can have their own profile. This means everyone's progress is tracked separately, so you can see how each person is doing.
  • Clinicians and Educators - If you're using the Hub with clients or students, you can create a separate profile for each person you work with. This helps you keep their learning journeys organized and distinct.

How to Add a New Profile

  1. Click your profile icon in the top corner of the screen.
  2. Choose "Switch Profile" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click the "Add New Profile" button.
  4. Fill in the details for the new profile.

Editing Your Profile

Need to make a change? You can edit your profile at any time.

  1. Click your profile icon.
  2. Select "Profile Settings".
  3. Update your information.
  4. Click "Save" to apply the changes.
