Login Issues
Having trouble signing in? Don't worry, most login problems have simple solutions. Let's get you back into your account.
Magic Link Not Received
If you requested a magic link but haven't received the email, try these steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder. Magic link emails sometimes get caught by spam filters. If you find it there, mark it as "not spam" to prevent this in the future.
- Wait a few minutes. Email delivery isn't always instant. Give it 2-5 minutes before trying again.
- Double-check your email address. A small typo can send the email to the wrong place. Go back to the login page and carefully re-enter your email.
- Request a new link. If it's been more than 5 minutes and the email still hasn't arrived, go back to the login page and request a fresh magic link.
Magic Link Expired
For your security, magic links expire after 24 hours. If you click a link and see an error saying it's expired, don't worry. Just follow these steps:
- Go back to the Hub login page.
- Enter your email address again.
- Click "Send Magic Link" to receive a new, valid link.
Google Sign-In Not Working
If you're having trouble using the "Continue with Google" option, here are some things to try:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Old data stored by your browser can sometimes cause conflicts.
- Try a different browser. Some browser extensions (like ad blockers or privacy tools) can interfere with the sign-in process. Trying a different browser can help isolate the issue.
- Make sure you can access Google. Try logging into google.com directly to ensure there's no issue with your Google account itself.
