Account & Access

How do I reset my password?

Good news: you don't have one! The Hub uses a passwordless login system. Instead of a password, you simply enter your email address, and we'll send you a secure "magic link" to sign in. This is more secure and means you never have to remember another password.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, but we need to do it for you to keep your account secure. Please contact us with your current email address and the new one you'd like to use, and we'll make the change.

How do I delete my account?

If you'd like to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us to make the request. We'll process your request in accordance with our privacy policy.


Courses & Learning

How long do I have access to a course?

Access duration can vary depending on how you enrolled. For direct purchases, you typically have lifetime access. For programs provided through an organization or NDIS, access may be tied to a specific time period. If you're unsure, please check your enrollment details or contact us for specifics.

Can I download videos for offline viewing?

Currently, video lessons can only be streamed online and cannot be downloaded. This helps us protect the content and ensure the best viewing experience. However, most accompanying resources (like PDFs and audio files) can be downloaded for offline use.

Why can't I see a course I enrolled in?

If a course isn't showing up, there are a few things to check:

  1. Are you logged in with the correct account? Make sure the email address you used to sign in is the same one tied to your enrollment.
  2. Are you on the right profile? If you have multiple profiles, the course may be assigned to a different one. Try switching profiles to see if it appears there.
  3. Was the enrollment just completed? Sometimes it can take a few minutes for new enrollments to appear. Try refreshing the page.
