Switching Profiles

If you have set up multiple profiles under your account (for example, for different family members), you can easily switch between them without logging out.

How to Switch to a Different Profile

  1. Find your profile icon - Look for your profile picture or icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Open the menu - Click on your profile icon to open a dropdown menu.
  3. Select "Switch Profile" - Choose this option from the menu.
  4. Choose a profile - You'll see a list of all the profiles on your account. Click on the one you want to switch to.
  5. Start using the new profile - The page will refresh, and you'll now be viewing the Hub as that profile.

What Changes When You Switch?

When you switch profiles, everything you see is specific to the profile you've selected. This includes:

  • Course Progress - Each profile tracks its own progress through courses. Lessons completed on one profile won't show as complete on another.
  • Favourites - Any courses or resources saved to Favourites are unique to each profile.
  • Assigned Resources - If a clinician has assigned resources to a specific profile, they will only be visible when that profile is active.
  • Dashboard View - The "My Hub" dashboard will display courses and information relevant to the selected profile.

Switching profiles is instant. You don't need to log out or enter a password. This makes it easy for families to share a single login while keeping everyone's learning journey separate.
