Downloading Resources
One of the best things about the Hub is the library of downloadable resources. These are materials you can save to your device and use offline, whether you want to print them out or listen on the go.
How to Download a Resource
- Find the resource - You can find resources inside a course (attached to specific lessons) or by browsing the main "Resources" library from the navigation menu.
- Click the "Download" button - On the resource page or card, you'll see a download button. Click it.
- Save the file - Depending on your browser and device settings, the file will either download automatically to your "Downloads" folder, or you'll be asked to choose where to save it.
- Open and use it - Once downloaded, you can open the file with the appropriate application on your device (e.g., a PDF reader for documents, or a music app for audio files).
Supported File Formats
The Hub supports a variety of file types to meet different needs:
- PDF Documents - Guides, worksheets, activity sheets, and printable materials. These can be opened with any PDF reader and are easy to print.
- Audio Files (MP3) - Audio versions of content, perfect for listening in the car, during a walk, or anytime you're away from a screen.
- Image Files - Visual aids and printable images.
Tips for Using Downloaded Resources
- Print worksheets - Many of our PDF resources are designed to be printed. Grab some paper and make the most of the activities!
- Save to a dedicated folder - Consider creating a "Play Way Resources" folder on your computer or device to keep all your downloads organized.
- Listen offline - Download audio files to your phone so you can listen even without an internet connection.
