Profiles

Profiles are a powerful feature of the Hub that allow multiple learners to use a single account while keeping their progress and experiences separate.

Why Use Multiple Profiles?

Here are some common reasons to create more than one profile:

  • For Families - If you have more than one child, or multiple family members using the Hub, each person can have their own profile. This means everyone's course progress is tracked independently, so you can see exactly how each learner is doing.
  • For Clinicians and Educators - If you're a therapist, teacher, or support worker using the Hub with clients or students, you can create a dedicated profile for each person you support. This keeps their learning organized and allows you to track their progress individually.
  • For Different Learning Goals - You might even want separate profiles for different purposes, like one for a specific program and another for general learning.

Key Benefits

  • Separate Progress - Each profile has its own progress history. Completing a course on one profile doesn't affect another.
  • Personalized Dashboards - Each profile sees its own "My Hub" dashboard with relevant courses and favourites.
  • Easy Switching - You can quickly switch between profiles without needing to log out and back in.
